Annually, we award scholarships to FWAA member companies employees, children and or grandchildren in the spring. Enjoy a day golfing with the Far West team while supporting a great cause, awarding scholarships to outstanding students each spring looking to further their education in a trade or university.
Our goal is to have 18 full teams to have a true scramble and raise $20,000 towards the 2024 scholarship program.
Tournament Format & Registration
The shotgun scramble start will begin with each team heading to their pre-assigned tee. A scramble means that all team members tee off on each hole, decide which tee shot they like best, and mark the spot with a tee or ball marker. Contests include the Longest Drive, Closest to Pin, Lowest Gross Foursome, and Putting Contests.
Player registration includes a breakfast burrito in your cart, lunch, one drink ticket, five raffle tickets, golf and green fees, a swag bag, and sponsored hat.
Ladies and gentlemen, get ready to tee off with some exciting raffle items and player gifts! We are thrilled to announce that players will be receiving some fabulous gifts this year!
